30 Days of Thankfulness

Day #3 – I’m thankful for healthy food

Is it just me, or does it seem that we prefer to eat foods that are very beneficial to us? And does it also seem that we prefer to not eat the foods which are beneficial to us? This is scary!

I thank God for blessing me to have all the clean and healthy food I can ever need or want— most people in the world do not have this privilege. Food is a basic need of humanity. I think we should be careful about how we acquire, consume store and dispose of our food. Don’t take more than you need. Give to those in need. Learn how to grow and produce your own healthy foods. And learn how to store your food properly to keep it safe for consumption. (For motivation and interesting stories, watch Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead.)

God, I thank you for healthy food πŸ™‚
